Beginner Crochet

You are about to learn how to crochet and discover a relaxing hobby you will enjoy for life!  Cindie Bennett, a certified crochet instructor, makes learning how to crochet fun and easy.  Cindie demonstrates how to crochet all the basic stitches for both right and left-handers!  If you can hold a pencil, you can learn to crochet!  You will quickly learn all the basics of crochet, from how to hold the yarn and hook to crocheting basic stitches.  Soon you will be crocheting gorgeous pieces for your home, friends, and family!

In class, you’ll learn:

•          Different types of yarns, crochet hooks, and basic notions
•           How to comfortably hold a crochet hook and yarn
•           Basic stitches to get you started on beginner projects

Class includes step-by-step instructions on how to achieve this skill.

Cindie Bennett is a certified crochet instructor and designer who began crocheting as a young girl. Since earning her certification from the Craft Yarn Council in 2019, she has taught at numerous fiber festivals nationwide and published her designs in popular crochet magazines.
